Linden Street North
Last spring Town Meeting
approved a 280,000 square foot retail/office commercial
redevelopment encompassing both sides of Linden Street. F. Diehl & Son (founded in 1858), Roche Bros. market and adjacent stores will be torn down and a new and expanded Roche Bros. market will occupy the Lumberyard site. Restaurants (no fast food establishments), retail stores, office space, and small urban green space will be part of the redevelopment.
