I am your mentor and friend. We engage in a meaningful coaching relationship
to create new results and a new future for YOU.
Unlike
traditional approaches, which may take months or even years to bring about
resolution, my coaching techniques are uniquely
effective at helping clients
in a surprisingly rapid fashion. This is because my approach is much different
- I use Hypnotherapy & NLP
(Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Used together
in a sequential fashion, they both promote self-healing power.

Coaching Process
The first session is usually a thorough intake interview.Each client has his/her own pace of change.
The coaching process consists
of one-hour or more per week. To see any lasting results,
the coaching
process must last four sessions as a minimum. It really depends
on your needs and our progress together.

To protect the integrity and value of our coaching relationship, it is important that we are open and honest
with each other. What we discuss in session will remain completely confidential.
