In today's world, many people are beginning to understand and acknowledge that happiness, harmony
and peace dwell within, which can be activated when we know our authentic self and align ourselves with our higher
purpose. This capacity to know our authentic self and align ourselves with our higher purpose is not limited to mystics or
saints; everyone possesses this capacity and more and more people are discovering the power of the
heart, mind and spirit to create meaning, harmony and peace in their lives.

My experience has been that the divine dwells within everyone of us. Embracing our divinity
starts with silencing the mind chatter. This is accomplished through the combined use of different spiritual
practices. The next step is about inspiring a person to move in the direction of his/her divine path.
This part of the process includes the use of various practices and self-mastery.

Coaching Process

The first session is usually a thorough intake interview. Each client has his/her own pace of change. The coaching process
consists of one-hour or more in-person, per week. To see any lasting results, the coaching process must last four sessions
as a minimum. It really depends on your needs and our progress together. Thank you for your interest in working with me.

Confidentiality

To protect the integrity and value of our coaching relationship, it is important that we are open and honest
with each other. What we discuss in session will remain completely confidential.
