Chief Steven MacTavish of Dunardry has incorporated the Clan MacTavish, into an International 'Corporate Body'.

A team of international attorneys has formulated the corporate structure of Clan MacTavish Inc, to give it a truly international standing.

Incorporation was deemed necessary by Chief MacTavish to bring the Clan into modern times and provide it with a basis to carry it into the next century, giving it an open, honest, and accountable corporate operating system.

Clan MacTavish Inc is the parent organization, with two other present organizations which fall under it, which are; Clan MacTavish Canada Inc, and Clan MacTavish USA Inc. All other global regions presently fall under the parent organizational structure of Clan MacTavish Inc.

Clan MacTavish Inc and those organizations which from time-to-time may be recognized under it are the only officially structured Clan MacTavish organizations recognized and sanctioned by Chief Steven MacTavish of Dunardry as being apart of Clan MacTavish.

MacTavish organizations desiring recognition as being affirmed as OFFICIALLY apart of Clan MacTavish, must apply to Clan MacTavish Inc through the Chief of Clan MacTavish for inclusion into the clan. Such organizations must adapt and conform to the strict corporate structure and financial guidelines established under Clan MacTavish Inc, in order to be accepted, recognized, and sanctioned under the umbrella of the Clan MacTavish Inc corporate body.

Any MacTavish Organizations which do not fall under the Clan MacTavish Inc corporate structure are not recognized by the MacTavish Chief as apart of his clan.
