I  believe that:

  1. There is one God, who is manifested in three persons, God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit.  Three individual beings, but One God.  I don't understand it, but I believe it by faith.  (Scriptures of reference are:  Genesis 1:26; Matthew 28: 19, 20; II Corinthians 13:14 )
  2. I believe that Jesus is the only begotten son of God, born of a virgin, is wholly God and wholly man; came to this earth as a baby and lived a perfect sinless life, gave His life as a substitutionary sacrifice the sins of all mankind, was buried in a tomb and 3 days later was resurrected from the dead and is now in heaven.  (Scripture references are:
    John 1:14; 3:16; Matt 4; Luke 4; Heb 4:15; 2 Cor 5:21)
  3. I believe that Jesus will return to the earth one day in His bodily form to the earth.  z9Scripture references are:  Revelation 19)
  4. The Bible is the Word of God without any error and is to be the sole authority for living our lives.  (Scriptures:
    2 Tim 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
  5. God created man in His image.  (Genesis 1: 26,  27)
  6. Mankind fell through the sin of the first man, Adam, and that all are sinners and in need of salvation.  (Genesis 3:15; Romans 5:12 - 15)
  7. Salvation is a gift from God, received by faith through Jesus Christ, His Son.  (Rom 6:23; Titus 3:5; Eph 2:8-9; John 1:12)
  8. Every person that who truly believes is eternally secure and nothing can take away his salvation. (John 10:28-30; Eph 1:13-14; Heb 7:25; 10:10,14)
  9. Anyone who dies without believing in Jesus Christ will spend eternity in hell, and all who die that have believed in Jesus Christ will live eternally in heaven.  Both are very real places. (John 3:16; Rev 20:14-15)
  10. Water baptism is immersion and is done after salvation.  It has nothing to do with salvation, simply following in obedience to the command Jesus.  (Rom 6:3-10)
  11. The church is a local body of baptized believers whose head is our Lord Jesus Christ.  (Eph 1:22-23)
  12. Each believer has direct access to God through Jesus Christ and the Bible, God's Word.   (1 Tim 2:5-6; Heb 10:19-26)
  13. The separation of church & state, but not God and government. (1 Peter 2:13-17)
