Started with a Kawasaki toy keyboard. Added a 1/4" output jack (mono). On the right hand side I added a number of contact points. Bottom set triggers squeals and squawks (for me a pretty standard bend). Top set triggers some of the notes though with combinations you can get some interesting combinations.
The really interesting bend is the round spinner knob on a stepper motor (top left of pic). It is linked to the patch bay on the bottom (left). Patching the black end (fitted into the jack with the black circle around it) to any of the other patches and spinning the knob will cause all sorts of chaotic results. Certainly living up to my name for the beast. Overall a pretty interesting bend if you are looking for chaotic sound mashes.
