FFCobra.com has lots of great information and ideas.  Someone made a storage box that goes below the trunk floor, so I decided to make one also ("Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery").

Fit check of the trunk box:

The trunk box lid has to be double-hinged to clear the body.

Because the heater takes up all the space behind the dash on the passenger side, there's no room for a glove box in the "traditional" area.  I want a lockable storage area, so I made an glovebox in the trunk that is accessed via a door in the back of the cockpit, between the seats.

Glove box with door open:

Before I installed the painted body, I put carpet in the trunk.  I highly recommend doing it this way.  Installing the carpet with the body installed would be much harder.

I made a bracket to hold my spare tire out of a piece of 3/16" thick steel.
