* Tournament Rules *

These tournaments are for fun only and no cash will be paid out to winners. However, there will be prizes awarded for the first, second and third place winners. All fish are catch and release, proof of catch will be determined by the photographs that each angler takes of their catches next to a measuring stick. No fish, of any species, are to be brought back at the end of the tournament. The species we are targeting are Snook, Trout and Red Fish. The winner will be decided by the person with the greatest total number of inches within the three listed species. Only the longest fish in each of the three species will be counted. You can not use two fish of the same species to count towards your total length. You do not have to catch all three species to win. You can have a big snook and a big trout  with the total inches greater then a person with a smaller snook, trout and red fish. In case of a tie, the longest Snook will be the tie breaker. If in the tie breaker a Snook is not caught by either person, it will then be the longest Red Fish.

Lines go in the water at 6:30 AM, lines are to come out of the water at 2:00 PM. You must be back at the determined location (which was set at the Captain's meeting the night before the tournament) by 3:00 PM to qualify and have your catches entered into the competition. If you are late, your catches will not count and there will be no exceptions granted. This is when you will turn in your camera to have the film developed. The top three winners will have their pictures posted on our website along with the tournament results.

We are setting a limit of 20 anglers, so please enter early.

Every person that enters the tournament will have their name entered into a random draw for a chance to win fishing tackle for the next tournament.
