Welcome to Doll Dreams, an American Girl fansite

I got my first AG doll when I was 3-4 years old. That was a Bitty Baby named Polly. My first 'Big' AG doll came when I was 6. I got Josefina Montoya for Christmas. On my 7th birthday, I got Addy Walker. Then there was a period when I got no dolls. For Christmas 2006, I got Molly. I bought Violet (A Life of Faith) with my Christmas money.

I won Kathleen (Also A Life of Faith) in a LOF contest in March 2007. I bought Kaya with money I got off of eBay from selling my Bitty Twins (the worst mistake I've ever made...selling my Bitty Twins, that is...buying Kaya was a great choice) and a Pre-Mattel Felicity arrived off of eBay for my 12th birthday. I customized my Laura Ashley doll I had bought in the no-doll period by cutting her hair short and piercing her ears...three times. In November 2007, I bought JLY doll #26 (named Adria) with money I had leftover from our trip to Hawaii. For Christmas 2007, I got Nicki Fleming.
In June 2008, for my birthday, I got Kirsten Larson.
We went the Madison Children's Museum/American Girl benefit sale in July 2008 and I got Jess, Samantha, Joan and #28 (Heather) there.
I got Laylie as a reward for a summer reading program that A Life of Faith did in September 2008.
Chrissa arrived for my 14th birthday in June 2009.
Solana and Kit arrived for Christmas 2009.

Site Updates:
1/16/2010 - First Update of 2010! There's a new group picture featuring the two newest dolls, Kit and Solana. Also, Kit has her own page on the Historical Characters page. Solana doesn't yet...still working on hers! :-)

Do you think Doll Dreams is the best doll site online?
