Thrognor's Standard Six Point NAP Proposal (TSN)
I propose the following Non Aggression Pact (NAP).  If you reply with a umail saying you accept before this turn processes, it will go into immediate effect.

1. This agreement will last for the duration of the game, unless one of the exit clauses is triggered.

2. Neither player will launch combat fleets at the other's planets.

3. If either player launches a fleet towards a planet the other might reasonably be attacking, the first player must send a umail to the other at the time the fleet is launched.

4. If either player does not login for 3 consecutive turns, this agreement may be voided by the other player by sending a umail to the absent player stating as such.

5. If either player suffers rapid loss of territory, such that they have a net loss of 5 planets in one turn, or their empire shrinks for three turns in a row, that player is assumed to be overwhelmed, and the other player may void this agreement by sending a umail stating as such.

6. Either player can end this agreement in good faith by sending a umail stating as such, but must wait three additional turns before launching combat fleets at the other player.

If you would like to make any changes or additions to this NAP proposal, I'll readily consider them.  Please understand, though, that until both sides have agreed to the proposal (or proposal with modifications) the NAP does not exist.

NAP Lawyers may want to add restrictions about gifting things to each other's enemies or nobody planets. Or not allowing an enemy to capture a planet so they can launch an attack on the other player.  Or not allowing each other to talk about the details, or perhaps even the existence of this agreement.  It's up to you, but it is reasonable to assume that anything that will directly hurt your NAP partner should be considered unfaithful to the agreement.

All players are free to use this proposal as the basis for their own NAPs.  For your convenience, you may refer to this as "Thrognor's Standard NAP" or simply the "TSN".
