Does the thought of putting your house on the market make you tremble? If so, let Innovative Organizing calm your fears. In this
consultation, an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP)™ will walk through your home with the eyes of a buyer and take notes as to
changes that need to be made. Innovative Organizing will then provide you with a detailed report which includes recommendations for
improving the first impression of each area of your home. After implementing our suggestions, your home has the potential to sell
faster and for top dollar! If you’re pressed for time or just need assistance in getting items on the report completed, Innovative
Organizing can work with you to implement the recommendations in a "Prepare to Sell" Staging® Session.
"Prepare to Sell" Staging® Session • $99 and up
This session of Staging® will vary in time depending on the size of the home and the amount of personal items inside the home.
Innovative Organizing and the client will work as a team to check off items listed on the "Prepare to Sell" Staging ® Report.
Innovative Organizing will assist in decluttering, prepacking, rearranging, and anything else your home needs to make it sparkle
for the buyers. Once this session is completed, your home will be ready to sell and buy!
"Let’s Get Unpacked" Organizing Session • $99.00 and up
Have you been in your home, apartment or office for weeks, months or even years and boxes are still unpacked? Innovative Organizing
can help you unpack your home in an organized and timely manner. Innovative Organizing will give you an extra hand at unpacking
your items and develop and implement systems so you can live your life more organized.
