The following is the offical list accompanying the report of Col. B.F. Mullen. The report will appear in a few days:

List of killed, wounded and missing of the 1st Irish, 35th Regiment Indiana Volunteers, Col. B.F. Mullen commanding, in the skirmish of the 1st and battle of the 2d of January, 1863, before Murfreesboro, Tenn:

Missing — Captain and acting Major John P. Dufficy, known to be a prisoner of the enemy.

Killed — John Kinslea of Co. G, Colonel’s Orderly.

Wounded — Sergeant Major Robert Stockdale, in head and leg slightly

Wounded — Corp Chas Murray, thigh slightly; Michael Hurley, mortally, since dead; Jacob Shearer, arm and side severely; John McMahon, hand slightly; Michael Murphy, head severely; John Grady, hand slightly; Patrick Moore, neck slightly.

mortally; Andrew Seyfong, shoulder, severely; Casper Cannar, slightly.

Company KKilled — Thomas Willey.

Wounded — Captain Frank Bagot, mortally, since dead; Privates William Regan, lung, severely, Alexander Reel, hand slightly.

Missing — James Hickey, Martin Toole, Jno Ryan, James McCann, James Ford, William Barngrover, Frank Martin.

Of the missing, Captain Dufficy is known to be a prisoner in the hands of the enemy; five or six of the missing have been found in the rebel hospitals at Murfreesboro wounded. It is feared that many of the missing were killed in the attack on the batteries and their bodies interred by burying parties from other regiments.

The following have died of their wounds: — Captain Prosser, Company E; Captain Frank Bagot, Company K; 1st Lieutenant William H. Kilroy, Company D; Sergeant Porter Lyman, Company I. The surviving wounded are in the main, doing well, and are carefully provided for.
