Major Dufficy, commanding the 35th Indiana, furnishes the following list of killed, wounded and missing of the regiment in the battles of the 19th and 20th of September. —

Wounded — Sergt John Costello, severely; Sergt John Mogi, severely; John Gay, Patrick Rafter, severely; Frank Mungavin, Thos Mulchy, mortally.

Missing — Michael Cain

Company B — Missing — Sergts Enoch Wood, Michael O’Garra, Thos Kennedy, Jas Murphy; John Sharky, Fred Whittenbrook, Michael Callanan, John Dugan, Luke Dignan, Chas Devlin, Thos Lynch, Frank Murphy, Peter Mulvaney, Martin Ryan, John Cody.
