There were a few different shades. Two were really dark, two were really light,
and a third fell somewhere in between the two shades. I decided that the lower front of the couch would be the odd third shade,
while the arms would be the lighter gray. The cusions would be the most prominant element of the couch, so those would be
the darkest shade.

I folded the sheets so there would be two layers of fabric. This made it
smaller to work with and I wouldn't have to spend too much time tucking in the excessive fabric, into the cracks and crannies
of the couch.
I then positioned and spread out the odd color sheet, so that it simply dropped
over the front, cocealing the hideous pastel retchedness of the original covering.
BLEK!

Once the arms and the front were covered, it was time to focus on the seat
cusions. This was relatively easy, but the cusions I have, have a bit of a corner tab, that wraps around the arm of the couch.
This made the sheets seem too small, even though they were king-sized.
I laid out the barkest sheet in the bunch, and positioned it so only a few
inches actually hung off the front of the couch. The rest was laid over the back of the couch. The plan was to have enough
under the cusions so that the sheet wouldn't "migrate" and reveal the monster beneath.

The seat cusions were laid out, as the majority of the fabric was draped
over the back of the couch frame. Positioned so the fabric was centered over the couch. It would then be brought back over
the cusions and cover the hideousness.

The fabric was brought over the cusions and left to hang over the front.
It was smoothed over and the remaining excess fabric was tucked into the sides, by the armrests.

Covering the back rest cusions is done much the same way. I'll spread out and
position the sheet beforehand. Then, bring the sheet up and over the cusiuns to cover them.

The sheet was positioned so that about 8 to 10 inches were hanging over the back
of the couch. It has to be cenered fairly well, ot the end cousions won't be covered properly.

The cusions were replaced, and the fabric was lifted up, over the front of the
cusions, and allowed to drop down the back of the couch.

The fabric was smoothed out and the
excess was tucked into the cracks.

It wasn't long before a ghostly white dog appeared on the far end. It created
such a contrast between it's white fur and the darker background, that it was really kind of mesmorizing.

But what really creeps me out is that it's ALWAYS stairing at me.
OHohohohhooooh!
