We offer spacious rooms in a lodge atmosphere, exceptional hospitality,
and a delectable breakfast to start your morning! You will find us located on beautiful Christiana Creek, 2 minutes from
Exit 92 on the 80/90 Toll Road and 20 minutes from the Notre Dame campus - Go Irish!
Of course, fans of all stripes are welcome for Notre Dame home game weekends!

- 2 rooms available in upstairs loft (1 Queen, 1 Double) with separate bathrooms

twin beds available in loft - please ask for rates)
- Downstairs Suite - 1 bedroom (Queen) with private full bath & family room
- Upon your arrival, snacks & non-alcoholic beverages are provided for your refreshment.
- Fantastic cook! Full homemade breakfast served anytime between 7 and 10 a.m. (Special dietary
needs or serving times may be honored - please let us know in advance!)
- Enjoy a quiet evening in front of the beautiful stone fireplace in common living/dining area
- Relax or enjoy s'mores at the rustic firepit near the creek
- We also offer FREE wireless access. Bring your laptop and access the web.
*Pet, smoke & alcohol-free environment - those who do smoke are welcome to do so outside the house.
RATES:
$100 per night for bedrooms
$150 per night for suite
- 1 or 2 guests per room
Occupancy from 5 p.m. Friday to noon Sunday. Please inquire about early occupancy. Reservations
are confirmed upon receipt of $200 non-refundable deposit which can be made by personal or cashiers check. 2 and 3 day
notices accepted - please email us as soon as possible! Balance due on arrival.
