OCT 1, 2009 Went up to Snickers Gap today.  Wanted to go for a long time but it never worked out.  I have now been to all the sites on this Virginia Hawk Watch Sites website except College Creek Hawk Watch which is primarily a spring watch site.  Most of the sites I have been to several times.   It was worth the wait though; Jesse Fulton was there when I arrived about 11:00 AM.  Jesse is the co-founder of Snicker's Gap Hawk Watch.  It was an honor and great pleasure hawk watching with him.  Matt Orsie from West Virginia joined us shortly after I arrived.  He has good eyes!
