1) Dunbar Chalice Style Polypenco Bagpipes BP-P1

J. Dunbar Bagpipe Maker pioneered the use of Polypenco in the piping industry. They have applied their knowledge of this material and the same innovative spirit to the engineering of their "Imitation Blackwood" Bagpipes. Polypenco pipes are capable of withstanding temperatures, humidity levels and transportation that would severely damage their wood counterparts, while achieving an impressive quality of sound. The P1 is plain turned without mounts but has a classic Chalice style drone top. A Dunbar Polypenco pipe chanter is included. Dunbar Chalice Style Polypenco Bagpipes Sets are sold as "sticks only", but various setup packages are available.

Polypenco pipes are capable of withstanding temperatures, humidity levels and transportation that would severely damage their wood counterparts, while achieving an impressive quality of sound. The P3 is fully combed and beaded with imitation ivory ferrules, projecting mounts and ring caps. The pipes are detailed with the same care devoted to African Blackwood models and are indistinguishable without close inspection. A Dunbar Polypenco pipe chanter is included. Dunbar Polypenco Bagpipes with Imitation Ivory Mounts Sets are sold as "sticks only", but various setup packages are available.
