♫News Flash: Many of you all ready know that Raven has been experiencing intermittant
voice troubles for the past few years. She has recently been diagnosed with an enlarging thyroid. This condition has put pressure
on the nerve to the vocal cords, leading to what doctors hope will be temporary paralysis of a part of the vocal cords.
Raven is scheduled for surgery on August 6th. All House Concerts have been rescheduled to late September and
on. Blues MAMA is still booking House Concerts for October 2008 and beyond. To find out more, please inquire

Concerts. These are the most fun for us! Intimate and enjoyable, the word has been spreading from attendee to attendee. Fantastic!

♫♫ Both Raven & Tyler have suffered
from terrible performance anxiety. While Raven is "mostly" over it, Tyler still struggles.
Considering
his tender age (14!), Raven doesn't push. You're most likely to find them playing in the park, local coffeehouses or
showing up at impromtu jam sessions. When that changes, they'll be sure to let folks know!
FYI - we have been playing some weekday afternoons at Buttonwood
Park - our thanks to those folks who stop and hang out to listen. Every little bit of public (but pressureless) exposure,
helps Tyler gain in confidence! We appreciate your support, and all the very nice things you say about our music

work recording demos of their catalog of more than fifty original songs! After which they plan to begin recording their
first CD!!

been viewed in more than 80 countries!
Raven says she started the page because when
they did play out people would ask where they could buy Blues Mama's music, and there wasn't anything to buy! Both Raven &
Tyler never expected it to take off like it has!
