Frances:

In October, 2006 you created a very special going away card for me when I resigned from my place of employment. It was a poem that you wrote, "10,000 Angels Go With You". Since that day, although I have had my share of challenges, trials and tribulations, the knowledge that "If God is for me, nothing or nobody can be against me," has been a prevalent reality. (After all, I have 10,000 angels with me!) After several course corrections I am currently employed in a great job as a homeless outreach worker and case manager for individuals who have been chronically homeless. I get to touch so many more souls and make a bigger difference through my current position than I had the opportunity to where I was working when we met. Thank you, and thank God for sending me 10,000 angels through you!

My name is Ann.I am 23yrs old. I recently found a lump in the lower part of my breast and was petrified of what it might be and was scared enough to even get a diagnosis for it. I prayed to the Lord Jesus recollecting all the miracles he had done starting from the wedding feast at Canna, giving him much praise and glory.I felt this lump become smaller and smaller as I was doing this, and am relieved and happy and praise God for this wonderful miracle! To him all glory and praise be now and forever.Praise you Jesus, thankyou Jesus, love you jesus, adore you Jesus!

Brothers and sisters in Christ:

For those that know me well, I am a person that takes faith to a place where it might be difficult to understand. I know my Heavenly Father will take care of me, I just don't know how, when, where and by who.

With the job market the way it is and unemployment being what it is, the Lord has made a way.

When papa first came to live with me, I had a job that paid well and getting assistance was not needed. When I became unemployed the first time, I believed I would find work soon and that I did. I was rehired by the same company I had worked for, 11 years to be exact. Then they sold the store to another franchisee and I was collecting unemployment once again.

Well after my friend's dad passed away, Angie's sister, son and friend told me about my getting assistance once again. I politely told them that I was fine. A couple of days later, the Lord reminded me of the story of the man that fell into the water and he prayed that the Lord would save him. During his wait, someone from a plane tossed him a life preserver but the man declined it because he said God was going to save him. Then someone came by to offer assistance and the man said no, God was going to save him. Well the man died and when he met up with God, he asked "Lord, I waited and you didn't save me". God replied "I sent you a life preserver and others to assist you and you declined". Well, I felt that Maxcine, Billy and Doll where God's messengers and I too declined. I quickly confessed to them that it was my false pride that made me say what I said, that I didn't need help but I did.

Anyway, Doll got a whole of the county and they contacted me and took my application, Last week a social worker came by and took all my information and infomred me that I was going to be an employee of Ventura County. That I would be joining the union and qualify for health benefits, yes health benefits. For the the last 3 years I have been paying $721 a month for the health insurance I have and now I am probably going to pay about $100 or two. *big sigh, tears, tears. (Thank you Lord Jesus) Next year I will qualify for medicare and I'll be paying less. God always has a plan, we just have to get out of his way.

I will not be earning what I was earning when I was employed but it's more than what I was getting from unemployment and enough to live comfortably.

This is a quote from revelation that was sent, to me, that morning when the social worker came to my home with the good news:

Revelations 3:8

When God leads you to the edge of the cliff,  trust Him fully and let go, only 1 of 2 things will happen, either He'll catch you when you fall, or He'll teach you how to fly! 'The power of one sentence! God is going to shift things  around for you today and let things work  in your favor.

Thank you all for your prayers, oodles and poodles of hugs,

Thank you so much for your prayers and messages, they have been a blessing. This has been a learning experience. Other than wearing glasses I have never had a problem with my vision before. The cancer was not in my eye, it was under the eye but the eye is reacting to it. It's difficult to see and keying with one eye closed is quite a challenge. It makes me appreciate what Bill Medlen experienced with his eye problems even more...and reminds me of the Apostle Paul and the scales on his eyes. I believe that everything that happens to us in life is a lesson and the experience should be used to help someone else that is going through the same, or a similar situation. The pain is not bothering me as much as the vision frustration. The surgery was one of the most exciting and interesting operations that I have ever had. Dr. Madaline Heng and her Assistant Yolanda Diaz were wonderful. Dr. Heng is a fascinating, dynamic, intelligent woman...an expert in her field and a woman of vision. I am so impressed with her and also with Yolanda. I know that God connected us and I am so grateful. It's going to take a couple of weeks to heal and in the meantime I feel pampered and loved. Please pray for clarity of vision and the wisdom to see the good that can come from this experience.Bless you all and thank you for your patience....

I love you,

Harriet

Praise Report!!

We met with Billy's doctor yesterday and were told that the mass in his lungs and the one in his liver are benign..no problems. Billy has been wonderful through this whole experience and is sharing his story with everyone that he meets. He still has pain in his back from the bursitis but is standing tall. We are praising God....
Thank you so much for your prayers...

Just wanted to send an update on my coworker's dad.  First off, thank you so much for your prayers.  One of the best, and easiest, thing we can do for others is to pray for them.  My friend told me that her dad did not have to go through the surgery.  The surgeon had time to fully study the results of the CT scan and determined that there was not a need for surgery.  He was "underwhelmed" at the results of the scan and that the condition did not warrant surgery.  Again, thank you so much for your prayers and please let me know if there is anything for which you need me to pray.  May you always know God's blessings in your life.

LPA, Rafael

My daughter called and said my grandson had a virus and it is cantagious but he will be okay. He has to stay away from other children for the rest of the week. His daddy works off shore and had to come home so he could care for him while my daughter works. Keep them all in your prayers, I know how fussy little 2 year olds can get when they don't feel well and how tired one can get tending to their needs.

Thank you,

My brother informs me that my neice passed her oral exam at her university. I thank you for your prayers. Thank you soooo much.

Asking someone to pray for you is a good step in the right direction and the fact that she asked, means that she believes her Aunt Frances has a fantastic prayer group in all of you.

God bless and have a nice day!

Heavenly Father   We all praise and thank you so mightily for this divine miricale you have bestowed on dear Callie. You and Callie met Lord - breath to breath and you breathed your life force into her frail body - you called her back to life Lord for a purpose. She is very special indeed and may your angels nurture and comfort her on her lifes journey and may your holy spirit guide and protect her all the days of her life.

We ask it in the name of Jesus  Amen

My wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ:

First I want to thank you for your prayers regarding my back. I am now able to walk without a cane. I have no pain other then Arthristis which comes with aging. I am still trying to find physically therapy but no luck yet. They either don't open early enough or they close too late. I'll keep trying.

I would like to ask for additonal prayers, I came down with this flu over the weekend, a real doozy, I even closed the office this past Friday. I was a good girl, stayed home th entire weekend. Monday I went to work and found I had no energy, dragged myself all day muddling through. Today I am going to the Doctor because this weakness is really gets the best of me.

I run a one person office and shutting down is not an option. I have too many customers depending on me and being that the previous employees left the office in such a state, I have no choice but to go in and give it my best, such as it is.

I thank you ahead for your prayers.

MESSAGE FROM KAREN December 04, 07 6:45 PM

This is Karen. Please forgive me in the way I word this update. I feel I need to tell you how the day was from the beginning. We woke up with a phone call saying they were going to operate on Callie today. We were told there was a less than 1 percent chance that there would be any tissue pink enough to salvage. For that to happen partially or mostly necrotic tissue would have to have life in it again. We both whispered to her at her bedside that it was okay to let go. We ask for them not to resusitate her if there were an incident in the OR if they found what they were expecting. We also made arrangements with a the social worker to find a funeral home for cremation and for any viable organs she had to be donated. I went home to pack her little toys and clothes knowing I wouldn't have the strength to do it when she passed. It was just a waiting game for the news we all knew was coming. This is where I think I need everyone to brace themselves:
Joe called and said that most of her tissue was revived and pink. Callie is going to be okay. We got our miracle. We cannot give any credit to Dr. Hanley for this. God breathed life into dead tissue. Callie had a small bit of necrotic tissue removed and that was it. No short gut syndrome. She will not have to have a colonstomy bag forever. God breathed on her gut and took dying tissue and gave it new life. Everyone is in shock. Callie will need a corrective surgery in 3 months but should be okay. This is the power of Jesus Christ. I am in shock myself. Praise Him for this. This is a true miracle.
Karen

Thank you for all of your prayers for my family. My eldest son Ray is doing well. He is a little unhappy because he is unable to eat but is doing fine. Michael is hoping to get back to work in about one week.
Reyes on the other hand is having a hard time. His surgery went well, but it is the waiting for the biopsy reports on the small tumors that they took out while they were doing his hernia surgery that is difficult or him. I know he will be okay he just has to have faith. I am requesting that you continue to pray for my family and ask God just to give Reyes some peace will waiting for the results. We can move mountains in prayer. I have been blessed to find such wonderful fiends.

I Love you all very much.

My Prayer Angels,

Thank you for your prayers, I recently sent a request asking for prayers due to my husband not communicating with me. This has brought on many problems including financial. Well I just want to let you all know that since I asked for prayer I have been feeling better. I so far have not had my stomach in a knot and I have had to messages come to me.

One was "Believe" and the other "Pay it Forward" I do not know were all this will take me but I will be obedient. Steve has been talking to me,however not about our issues, he has sent me an e-mail today saying he is depressed and knows  he should not be since he has caused the problems. Well,  I know this is a beginning but I will seek religious counsel along with my other counseling and pray and simply keep my eyes on my LORD. I just wanted to keep you posted with this praise and ask for continued prayers.

Good morning All!

I had sent an email out last week regarding my friend/sister Angela Ontiveros about her health struggles regarding her liver. One of the major tests she has last week came out fine, no cancer or anything
extreme. Angela is still in the process of many other tests to help rule out what the problem is and how she can be helped & healed. Please continue to pray for her & I thank you for all of your prayers and support this far.

Have a blessed day!!

Oh what a weekend I had, the retreat was fantastic. And like any thing, the enemy was there, up to his old tricks. I could see the dark shadow hovering all over the place but I knew through prayer he wouldn't succeed. I realized that the best way to bring down a foundation is to by bringing division. I heard that even in the homefront, many were being attack, I think he didn't want all the support we were getting through the many who were praying for us.

So I want to thank each and every one of you for praying, I believe in the power of prayer. It is through those prayers that although we might be under attack, he is not going to win!!!!!!

Thank you for all your prayers.

Frances Berumen

Now We Will Let It Go

 Thank you Heavenly Father, for
sending angels in our time of need.
Thank you for battling with us, with
all the lies the enemy tried to feed.

What better way to destroy the building
of a goal then to destroy the foundation.
At times it seemed like all was crumbling,
but You held us together with determination.

You took a bad situation and proved that
You could make it better than what it was.
There were just too many people of faith
around and You used each one of us.

Mission was accomplished, the enemy
didn't win, although he gave it his best.
Many felt Your presence and with that they
gained strength, the enemy failed the test.

We are only as strong as our faith takes
us, he always tries to weaken our stability.
We will continue to keep a faithful watch,
thereby not giving him the opportunity.

Now we will let it go, remembering only
the blessing, they were there all along.
Thank You, Heavenly Father, for
putting the enemy where he belongs.

My dear friends, what a day I had yesterday, actually what a week. In my previous praise, I shared about the wonderful people that stepped forward to offer their assistance, little did I know that God had another plan. Today I go back to work at my previous employment, they hired me back and with a pay increase. *Praise the Lord* Unfortunately they weren't not able to offer me the health insurance I had before but I knew that was coming, they didn't provide it to the other employees but I came with the building, at the time they bought the franchise, they had no choice, now they do. So I will continue to pay $721 a month which I know the Lord is paving the way for that too!

It's as if I took a 9 months vacation and in that time I learned so much about myself and the extras God had planned out for me. I rekindled my relationship with one of my daughters and became a grandma in every sense of the word. I was able to do for others, in a way I would not have been able to do, had I been working. There are things being done to my house because I qualified for the repairs which I wouldn't have, had I been working. Once again I say, we have an awesome God. Not once did I doubt He would pave a way, I just didn't know when, how, where and with who.

Thank you for all your prayers, support and most of all your love. Don't stop praying though, I always need prayers, that I may continue to follow the Lord's lead and not let anything get in the way of the ministry that He has given me. *big sigh*

My wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ.

Your prayers have been such a blessing, indeed I am rich with friends. Some have even offered finanical support and that took my breath away because this goes beyond my wildest dreams.

Just the other day, I went for my MRI and decided to go to my favorite restaurant. Being that I haven't visited there in a while, they were please to see me.

I was sitting there, reading my newspaper when the mom came up to me and hugged me with joy. She said she missed my happy face and of course whatever words of wisdom the Lord allowed me to share. She then proceeded to shake my hand and there she left a $100 bill in it. Of course I cried! It was a humbling experience.

This morning I receive a post from the comment portion of my website, a dear sister in Christ, offering $5,000, now that dropped me to the floor. I cried so hard at the thought of somebody I haven't physically met would want to help me. Now all I need is an e-mail address so I can send her further information.

Join me in praising the Lord for the blessing of such care, we do have an awesome God.

This I pray "Heavenly Father, not once did I doubt that you would take care of me. I just didn't know how, when, what, who or where. In the last few days you have showered me with your love in the form of such loving brothers and sisters in Christ. Bless them and their families, let them feel your presence in all that they do. Allow them to feel your praise for their kindness. Together we shall support one another in whatever way we can, thank you, thank you."

First of all, thank you to everyone who sent emails of love and support, and those of you who love and support us, and have been praying. We definitely had a God moment yesterday. We had a meeting with all of the "important" people of the county, and they were in shock when I told them what we've been through these past four/five years. They couldn't believe it, and said we should have had help way back when. I wanted to say "Uh,duh, ya think?" But I didn't want to push my luck! LOL

For those of you who really know me, other than on the hill...I don't cry in front of people much, and definitely not people I don't know. well, I guess God wanted me to affect them in a way that I never have before, because I let loose. I told them about Adams suicide attempt, and then two weeks later the suicide note he wrote to me (which was two weeks ago) that was telling me goodbye, and he'd be there to be my guardian angel. I couldn't stop crying and neither could they. I could/would have never done that before. But for Him and Adam, anything. Thank you God!

The special needs school, therapy, psychiatrist, meds, and other outside help is not only being offered to us, but it's coming quick, and it's basically free! Everything I've been fighting for since Adam was in first grade. Everything everyone said no to, they are now telling us yes. It usually takes a few months to access, process, etc.. but they said they'd have it done within two weeks. I'm in awe. I got out to the car and cried for pretty much the rest of the day. I know this isn't the end, it's just the beginning, and I know it's not going to be easy, but what is that anyway?

At least we're where we need to be right this minute, and have a huge team of people fighting for me instead of against me. All of the love and support from all of you has really helped me keep my rememberance that God is in control. He gave me the shoes, the fight within me, and the love in my heart. My job is to do the footwork, and fight like hell because of my love for my son. I get knocked down, I get up again and again, and everytime, I'm coming up swinging! I've learned to never forget to breathe, and things will get better, and God loves us. Thank you for all the reminders. I love you all and will keep you all in my prayers and be grateful for each of you everyday.

Love, Karen
