The sixteen tracks on the CD highlight the versatility of the band, with a stylistic range of R&B, Rock-and-Roll, and soulful ballads featuring Clarence
Clemons’ unmistakably evocative tenor sax on several tracks including “Don’t Walk Away”, his original
contribution to this collection. Other featured selections include three songs by Nils Lofgren, available only on the
"Never Say Never" CD. The majority of the remaining tracks on the CD are songs composed exclusively by The Nakeds band
members.

Becky Chace
Chosen Best Local Female Vocalist 5 times by the readers of the Providence Phoenix Best Music
Poll, Becky has been said to have "the voice of an angel who just got her heart ripped out by the devil." - The New Haven Advocate
Together with longtime
friend and guitarist Brian Minisce, Becky Chace writes, performs, and records genre-defying, soulful music which twists and
turns through the varied paths of life leaving their listeners feeling connected to the bigger picture through the window
of their work. Their music has the sadness and swing of alt-country and blues ala Lucinda Williams, but can kick into the
rock bravado of rock and pop ala Bruce Springsteen and drop into the lonely despair of a folk song all in one set. Chosen Best Local Female Vocalist 5 times in 6 years (2000-2003, 2005) by the readers of the Providence
Phoenix Best Music Poll, Becky has been said to have "the voice of an angel who just got her heart ripped out by the devil."

Second Step
They have played over
1500 shows in the US and Japan, sometimes at a clip of 200+ per annum, and continue to play, in a
smaller way, to dancing, sweaty crowds at clubs and private parties. Starting out as a Ska Band in the Third Wave Ska Scene
that was rampant in NYCs East Village in the Mid 80's, they morphed their sound from ska/reggae, to "ethno-funk", to funk,
soul, and other addictive dance rhythms, becoming a popular local and touring NYC based outfit.
Sugar
Sugar keeps the dance floor poppin' with classic dance and fresh new jams!

don't know what you are missing. You will dance! Even if you don't know how! Guaranteed!
