This 3/4 bedroom house is only 3 minutes to South Ridge.
Oversize two car garage with lots of storage, fully furnished, washer and dryer
There is a large living room game room there is also TV/DVD and cable.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
1 Bedroom Apartment
Choice of set up 2 twin beds or Queen Bed for bedroom,

Rental Term:
The lease period is November 15 - April 15th
with the possible extension of rental dates on both ends.
Payment Procedure:
To confirm the rental you must return the lease with 50% of the payment
plus security deposit.
This payment is non refundable
A final payment is required 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Utilities: (applies to house rental only)
The tenant is responsible for the fuel oil.
I can also provide you with the utility bill amounts from the previous year.
Property
I will ensure that the property is clean and all systems are in working order.
I will also provide you with a form to assess the property upon your arrival.
