a liquidfall contaminant capture system in the Air Turbo-Impactor, and accumulate it in the open Sludge Collector - the two welded sheet metal boxes. Sludge removal - without draining the entire system.

- What is left for laborious cleaning, replacing, costly repairing, and shutdowns? It's hard to believe... cleaning, repair, and shutdowns are eliminated.

The engineering concept of the system is based exclusively on the Aero-Hydro-Dynamic
Principles, without any energy using devices or motors, moving or
removable parts, pumps, nozzles, baffles, air or water filters.
The main unique features of LF are:

OPERATION OF THE London Falls™
The
exhaust air, flowing through the Air Turbo-Impactor, conveys the liquid along the smoothly shaped guides. The guides are to
create a strong, dynamic, and continuous zigzag liquid stream. The liquid stream, tangentially moving from guide to guide,
intersects the air passage.
Thus,
the exhaust air, passing through the Air Turbo-Impactor, creates for itself the dynamic and high density continuous liquid
stream, which performs its purification. The
contaminated air, penetrating the strong and dynamic liquid stream, is dispersed on small particles. The smaller air particles
the more efficient contact with liquid, the higher purifying efficiency. The centrifugal force, exerted by rapid changes
in direction of flow, causes contaminants to penetrate the liquid stream and to become permanently trapped. Then the clean
air leaves the Air Turbo-Impactor.
The air cleaning is the combined action of impaction, venturi and centrifugal force, thorough intermixing,
and abrupt expansion.

NO moving or removable
parts, pumps, nozzles, filters, valves, and mist eliminators.

After the air cleaning procedure the contaminant-laden liquid flows strictly into the open-to-the-atmosphere
Sludge Collector. Thus, the trapped matter are removed from confined space of the Air Turbo-Impactor into the safe and always
accessible containment – the open-to-the-atmosphere Sludge Collector.
This concept uniquely facilitates a non-hazardous waste disposal, and does not require the entire drainage of
the system, preventing the water pollution.
A
quiet , laminar liquid flow in the Sludge Collector separates the contaminants.
Then the clarified liquid flows to the Air Turbo-Impactor for next air cleaning cycle.
This repeatedly continuous liquid recirculation is constituted by the air movement.
No need for a circulating pump.
Because the liquid is continually reused, its consumption is negligible.
While the Conventional Arresters are deprived of the uniform air suction the uniform
airflow is the fundamental nature of the London FallsTM.
As the result of that, the air is pulled
down evenly through the entire suction slot of the London Falls TM. The uniform air movement creates effective
air patterns for healthy environment.
