| Step 1 |
1. Run a double loop through the eye of the hook or lure.

2. Loop around the end of the line and the standing part of the braided
line, 8 times, passing the doubled end through the loop adjacent to the hook eye.

3. Tighten the knot with a steady, even motion without hesitation.
Moistening the line coils before tightening will aid the tightening process and prevent line damage. Trim
the double loop and the end of the braided line, leaving tag ends 1/8" - 1/4".
