With warm weather looming we are excited to get into our yards and make our homes beautiful. Keep in mind that there are procedures to making changes to your yard and house that may need to be reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee.

Efforts are underway to revive the Wax Myrtles along the streets and sidewalks throughout Courthouse Estates. While we have hired a new landscaper to do their best on the bushes facing the common areas, we respect your property and do not maintain the trimming, cleaning, or weeding of the shrubs or ground inside private properties. You have control over the beds and ultimate pruning of the Wax Myrtles in your yard.
