Thank you for visiting my website. What I would like to share with you is how I started my real estate investing
career. My book is definitely more of a story than it is instructions on how to become a real estate millionare overnight.
I have no real estate secrets to tell you that will launch you into a higher tax bracket.
Instead I will tell you my real life story and let you in on the real estate mistakes I made so you don't make the
same ones. For example, I will share with you how not to assemble a real estate team, or how I sent out over
16,000 "We buy houses" postcards generating TONS of leads from people in foreclosure, and didn't have the knowledge to
recognize a deal, let alone close one.
I will also walk you step by step through a house I flipped in 2006, including plenty of before and after pictures.
We'll cover how NOT to re finish hardwood floors, how to waste a bunch of money and time using a paint scheme that
included 5 different colors of paint, and plenty of other rehabbing mistakes that I have learned to do differently now.
I wrote this book for a few different reasons. The first is to help out some new real estate investors out there,
whether it is comfort knowing that your not alone, or inspiration that even though we make mistakes, we can bounce back.
The second reason was to get these rehabbing nightmares out of my system and MOVE ON! It was very theraputic!
So whether you are a new real estate investor looking for some inspiration and a little guidance, or full time real
