I was looking to get into real estate
investing and needed some information,so, of course I checked ebay and I found all of the positive testimonials and stories
that I've heard over and over again. However, "My Real Estate Mistakes", by Jared Christiansen, took a different, more
realistic approach and talked about his experiences that went WRONG. Because we know in the real world, things always
go wrong and mistakes happen all the time. For a cheap price I learned about MANY mistakes that a real estate investor
made and I believe one learns more from mistakes than anything else. I am glad I read this ebook and I highly recommend
it to anyone entering the world of real estate investing.

"My Real Estate Mistakes" by Jared Christiansen helped
me to realize that not everybody hits the jackpot with real estate investing. I found this book to be very educational
and inspirational, especially to new investors that are tired of being told how easy it is. A must read!

I actually purchased and read this ebook. I'm about to close escrow
on my first flip and this looked like it
could be helpful. I really
enjoyed the book. It was very balanced. You get the good with the
bad. It caused me to
consider things I'd not yet thought of which
have already been useful. In my opinion it was worth the price and
then
some. In fact, I'm looking forward to the next one. I love the
t.v. shows on flipping, but real life experiences are way
more
compelling and educational.
