What Can a Counselor Do That  Helps?

A counselor can help you identify and clarify the problem-beginning the path to wellness. My goal is for you to tap into your own strengths and resources to achieve long-lasting emotional stability and personal growth.
  • Provide a safe, supporting, and non-judging environment
  • Identify and increase your coping skills
  • Teach relationship and communication skills
  • Identify your strengths and weaknesses

  • Encourage and facilitate personal growth
  • Direct you to other available resources for help
