Where Did This Idea Come From?
Most people think I am a jock. What can I say, I love sports! I have participated as
a player and a coach in a variety of sports. Tennis is my first choice, but I still enjoy playing basketball, volleyball,
and just about anything else involving a ball.
My desire to be competitive and win has always driven me to seek out ways to improve my physical
abilities. On the court success led me to a career in personal training. But the corporate life isn't for
me. So I combined the fitness lifestyle with my love of tennis to create a program that helps people improve
their peak performance. The really fun part is that anyone can benefit from these programs, not just athletes. We
all can experience greater quality of life when our mental and physical health reach Optimal Fitness.
About Me
Physical fitness and sports performance have always been a part of my life. From my years
as a high school and college athlete, continuing to this day, I have been involved with sports training for more than
30 years. Since moving to Dallas in 1996 I have played tennis (singles, doubles, and mixed) through Tennis
Competitors of Dallas, USTA, and Metroplex Tennis. In December 2005 I successfully ran my first marathon.
