In cooperation with The Lakes Tennis Academy,  Optimal Fitness is offering 2 classes designed to improve your performance on the court.  In addition to the classes, OF offers individual or group personal training for those who want to improve their overall health and fitness levels.

Strength Training Class

Strength is the single most important biomotor ability.  Strength is a prerequisite for stability, speed, and power.  This class is a designed resistance traing program directed at increasing your core, upper body, and lower body strength.  Every player wants to be able to hit the last ball as hard as the first.

Footwork & Agility Class

Agility is a learned neuromuscular coordination process.  This class is a program of ballistic exercises designed to train your muscles to react with proper movement.  Your improved muscle memory will translate into better footwork on the court.  You'll never tire of hearing "nice get".

Professional Training Services

The path to Optimal Fitness starts with a free fitness assessment.  The free assessment will measure your posture, core stability, body composition, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance.  This will establish your base level of fitness and allow us to then discuss your needs and set fitness goals. Based on these goals, I will design a custom fitness program that we both agree will help you to reach your goals safely, effectively and in a timely fashion.
 
Training sessions are available by appointment Monday thru Friday.
