We don't need to tell anyone that knew Moo Moo how important the Elks were in his life.  He was instrumental in the formation of the Skowhegan-Madison lodge and played an active role each year, including four years as the Exalted Ruler.   He chaired the committee for the The Elks National Foundation where he was extremely successful.  I'm sure his efforts and fundraising talents are sorely missed.
