 A deposit of $50 is required to reserve the date of your event. The deposit is fully refundable
if the service is cancelled within three business days of the planned date. Once the deposit
is made, use the following form to specify any musical or ceremonial requests for the event. 
Prior to the event, an on-site meeting at the venue can be scheduled to confirm all plans, and ensure that a great time will be had by all.

Our music library consists of hundreds of artists and over 30,000 songs.
If we don't have what you want, we will find it, so don't hesitate to ask.
 
 
If your event is a wedding ceremony, please fill out the wedding planner form.
 
If your event is a wedding reception, please fill out the reception planner form.

Describe the various genres of music you would like to be played at the event.
 
Describe any specific announcements that need to be made during the event, the names
of everyone involved, and at what time during the event the announcement is to be made.
 
Describe here any special requests or dedications that you would like to be made.
 
Describe here any particular party dances or games you would like included in the event. Examples include the Limbo Rock, the Electric Slide, and the Hokey-Pokey.
 
Describe here any particular songs, artists, or genres that you do NOT want to be played during the event. These will be added to the do-not-play list with no exception.
