Rosedale is the "hidden jewel" of Richmond, Virginia.  We are located within the following boundaries:

Imperial Plaza & Bellevue Avenue to the north, Westwood Avenue to the south, the west side of Hermitage Road to the east, and Interstate 64 to the west.

We are included in both second and third voting districts.  Second district is from the south side of Laburnum to Westwood; voting precinct is located in The Hermitage Home.  Third district is north of Laburnum to Imperial Plaza; voting precinct is located in Imperial Plaza.  Our Second District representative is Bill Pantele (girardje@ci.richmond.va.us); our Third District Representative is Chris Hilbert (lisa.townes@richmondgov.com).

The Rosedale Civic Association meets on the first Wednesdays of March, June, September and December.  Unless otherwise announced, meetings are at 7pm in the social hall at the Hermitage Home, 1600 Westwood Avenue.  Everyone is welcome, and refreshments are always served!

Congratulations, Neighbors!  In Fall of 2007, the Rosedale Civic Association was honored by Richmond City Council with the Community Service Award for your great work with the food drive for CVFB & the school supply drive for Holton kids!
