The name "Woolly Mammoth Media" is fake, just made up for this sample. A site separate from the RNCC would give the appearance of a non-partisan entity that would allow access by the traditional media market, which is inclined to balk at accepting material directly from a partisan source. The idea is that I would produce cartoons according to the foundation's needs, with ideas vetted and approved by, as Al Gore once said, a "controlling authority"; these would be offered via a new website. I think he said this just after starring in "Love Story" and before he invented the Internet.

PURPOSE:

The idea for this site would be a place where conservative themed cartoons could be pulled off for use in web sites/blogs or downloaded for print and other applications free of charge. The idea being to spread the conservative message by making the material easy to grab and paste. Kind of like those flyers that get stuck under your windshield wiper in the parking lot.

The images would then be available for individual campaigns interested in using them in election communications.

DOWNLOADS:

Cartoon files would be offered in black and white (jpeg, TFF or bitmap) and in color at high dpi for print work and at a lower dpi for web use.

CONTENT:

Latest cartoon could be displayed first.
Catagories of cartoons such as platform issues (Small Government, Taxes, Gun Control, etc.), election issues (SS, Iraq, War on Terror, etc.), dare I say it?, democrats could be listed.

CONTACT:

This would be a way for compiling names, web sites, publications, etc. in order to target future content.

FEEDS:

Offer RSS feed that wil automatically update the subscribers cartoon images.

ANCILLARY PRODUCTS:

This could be an interesting way to further publicize the message. By using a print on demand site such as Zazzle.com or Cafe Press, the images would be available on everything from coffee mugs to t-shirts, to trucker caps to calenders.

Since this is a print on demand service from an outside vendor, there would be no inventory or production cost.
