1. Production time begins from approval of artwork i.e. paper
proof.
2. Set-up and shipping charges will added in addition to all orders, if not already stated.
3. Minimums on printed items will apply. In some instances we can go below our minimums with a less than minimum charge.

4. Prepayment is required on all first time orders. We accept the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American
Express.
5. All products will be shipped via Ground unless otherwise specified by customer.
6. All orders are binding with a signed order confirmation.
7. D & E Promotions NW reserves the right to ship up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered and to invoice accordingly.
8. Acceptable artwork includes: CorelDRAW x3 or lower or any other .eps or vector based art. If you do not have usable art available, we can do simple typesetting which is billed at $20.00/hour or
we can convert JPG, Tiff, BMP or other similar files into a usable art format
billed at $40.00/hour. Most art takes about an hour to convert. If we are creating a new design, we will bill at $60.00/hour.
Most new designs take a minimum of one hour.
9. All cancelled orders are subject to set-up, art, shipping and restocking charges.
10. No
returns on imprinted merchandise — all sales are final.
