Clara May Cakes specializes in cakes and cookies and is located in Latham, New York, just outside of Albany.  We are a fully-licensed business that utilizes a commercial kitchen.  Clara May Cakes was started to provide Capital District customers with cakes that are not only delicious but original in design.

All of our cakes are three-layer.  We  make vegan, sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free cakes too.  We can now do edible photo cakes and cookies!  Clara May Cakes will work with you to design the cake of your dreams; we'll even deliver it right to your doorstep!
