Hello: I received an e-mail from Kenneth King site announcing an upcoming class in April to sew for 4 days with
Susan and Kenneth. The class seems to be focus on each sewer's individual need. I will like to attend, since its going
to be in New York City, it will be an easy commute for me.
Will keep you posted.
Also, i have been following Cidell's progress on her beautiful gown, she is doing a terrifc job.
Last September i started working on a vogue pants fitting pattern. It was a disaster. I will post photos later this week
I signed up for a pattern drafting class at the community college and i started class in October. Since then i learned
to draft all kind of skirts and i would not be buying any more skirt patterns from this point on.
I am now learning to draft a simple top that will become the basis for all kind of tops, blouses and jacket. I am not
doing very well, i need to work more on it. Will post pictures later.
Last but not lease i have been reading several sewing blogs. These sewers are working on the channel jacket. I bought
a beautiful tweed fabric, i don't know if it will work. I am not ready to take on the challenge of making a channel jacket
at this time. Maybe in the future.
Hello: what a blast we had in New York last weekend. I met so many of the wonderful ladies from Pattern Review. It was
an honor to meet Deepika the master mind behind Pattern Review.
I also met one of my favorite blogers Ms Cidell from Ms Celie's Pants, Ryan's Mom and it was a pleasure to meet Niki.
I met 2 ladies that live in Brooklyn, NY and we had a blast. Here some of the photos from the weekend. I hope to meet Diary

Hello: first i am excited because my new blog site is up and running and much easier to maneuver.

Hello: Well i am still working on organizing my binders and magazines articles. I bought fabrics today and last Tuesday.
I just could not resist. Today i bought a very graphic black and white fabric. I saw a dress in a boutique last weekend. The
dress was made out of a graphic black and white fabric, absolutely beautifull. So hopefully i will be able to start sewing
soon.
I also bought two sewing cd's from pattern review on Tuesday. I cannot remember the names, i will let you know when
the cd arrive. That's all for now.
