Cooking Class

The Three Pastas: A Cooking Class and tasting to benefit the ISO

Join good cooks and friends of the Illinois Symphony Orchestra Guild (Joan Vanden Eynden, Ruth Ann Friedberg, and Elaine Cousins) in an afternoon cooking class at Lori's Kitchen Store (http://www.loriskitchenstore.com) in downtown Washington, IL. Recipes will be prepared in a demonstration kitchen. Participants will taste the recipes prepared during the class and receive copies of the recipes to take home. Seating is limited to the first 24 reservations, so be sure to get yours in early.

Cost: $40.00

Class fee is tax deductible and all proceeds will go to support the Illinois Symphony Orchestra. (Make checks payable to the ISO Guild of B-N and send to Ruth Ann Friedberg, 3102 Wisteria, Bloomington, IL 61704).

The “best” spaghetti and meatballs

Caprese salad with balsamic vinaigrette

Homemade biscotti and affogato sundae (vanilla ice cream, espresso, shaved chocolate, and whipped cream)
