Being a parent with limited English can sometimes feel a little overwhelming when it comes to helping our children succeed in school.  If you feel this way, please know that you are not alone.  Both parents and school personnel have expressed interest in bridging some of the language barriers that exist.  We have established a Hispanic Liaison Committee at Hilltop Elementary that can help identify and address some of the challenges.  We are hoping we can count on you to be involved in this exciting new endeavor.  We are seeking volunteers who are willing and able to provide help, just as hard as we are trying to find parents who are in need of support.
