My info

Raised in the heart of The Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York.  Now living with my wife and three children in Ohio.

Occupation: Health Care

Activities: At present, I shuffle my children to their various events. I'm involved in Civic Activism centered around children who were sexually abused.

Hobbies: Reading, Writing, Coin Collecting, and drinking coffee

Favorite Team of all time: Notre Dame Football. (GOOOOO IRISH!)

Favorite Music:  Since I'm a throw back (or throw up) of the eighties, I love INXS, R.E.M., Talking Heads, The Fixx, to name a few.  Now I enjoy Christian Rock, especially Newsboys (Hello!).  But my all time favorite Christian Group is Phillips, Craig and Dean.  Their harmony melts me to my knees, and I can't get through any of their songs without getting into a puddle of tears!  Their song 'Mercy Came Running' was my all time favorite, until I heard 'My Praise', so a fight ensued in my head and I have declared it a draw!

Education: Associates in Science degree

Faith: Christian

Ambitions, and Future Goals:  Enjoy my family, and live long enough to enjoy my grandchildren!  Also, to publish a story, just because.

About this blog

I started this blog to allow myself an avenue of 'free-flowing' thought, to ramble, I guess, and possibly find insight to improve my writing skills, hence the name of my blog.  I want to acheive an understanding of what it could possibly be like, to be a writer, something quite foreign to my analytical mind, but not entirely unforseeable.  This challenge I accept gracefully, and with 'child-like' awe, hoping to graduate to a level of maturity within the realm of writing.  And my hope is that others who read this, will offer insight, as well as their 'stumbling blocks', and encouraging words.

If this is as clear as mud, then I guess you understand me all too well.

There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears.  Phil. 1:6 (The Message)
