For
each tournament, we will be creating a tournament program that will include the schedule as well as things to do and see locally
to the tournament. Sponsoring
a program ad gets your location and any special offers directly into the hands of our players, as each team will be given
programs to be distributed among their players. The advertisements will be on
the front and back covers, with the tournament schedule listed inside. This puts
your ad at the optimum position for constant viewing. We would love to include any specials in your ad, so that you can see
the impact of your participation, and so that the teams are encouraged to visit your establishments.
This year we are offering two sizes of ads:
1.75“X 1.25” ($200) and 2.6” X 1.5” ($350).

For each tournament, we choose a host bar for the Friday night meeting, as well as somewhere to post the
single elimination brackets on Saturday night. This location will have an influx
of players throughout the weekend, and a drink and/or appetizer special for our players will bring even more. The teams definitely will support you.
Sponsorship includes a large ad in the program, as well as an ad on this website, for the low price of $500.
A host hotel is chosen for each tounament, and becomes the central location for most
of the teams throughout the weekend. This is a great opportunity to book your hotel to the players and families in bulk.
Special rates are necessary for those booking the rooms, and a few complimentary rooms for the tournament staff are prerequisites
in order to be the host hotel.

Sponsoring field barriers
builds your business name into the backdrop of the fields. These barriers surround
the field to protect the teams playing, and are a great attention grabber for your business.

Sponsorship includes four 3’x6’
barriers (two per field), a large program ad, inclusion in our website and the photo album after the tournament, for
$750.
