"Midnight on the Porch" is the result of another challenge. We were to take a UFO and slice it up, then
distort it. I sliced and shifted, then added wedges and textured yarns to represent the potted plants. The quilt is approximately
20"x24".

"Announcing the Queen"
Made for a guild show challenge. Theme was Alice in Quiltedland

"Croc Tail" 10.5" x 16"
"How doth the little crocodile improves his shining tail, and pour the waters of the Nile on every golden scale!"
These lines from "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" were the inspiration for this quilt. The tail is fused and machine
appliqued, then embellished with beads, sequins, crystals and Angelina fibers.

"Klee Hen" is the result of a challenge to incorporate the style of a master artist into the construction of a small
quilt. You can see the inspirational painting is called "1919", though on this linked website it is called "1914".

Black, White, and Red Challenge
