As a life-long sewer I came
to quilting in 1992 while searching for yet another creative outlet, and I haven't stopped quilting since. I enjoy sharing
my love of quilting with others through my lectures and workshops.
"Confession of the Quilt Police" If you have ever wondered just why a judge
makes the decisions she (or he) does, then this is the lecture you want to hear. You will not only leave with a better understanding
of the entire judging process, you will also learn what it takes to make a winning quilt. This lecture is guaranteed to be
a real guild-pleasing experience for all.
"Why Am I Buying Broccoli When All I Want To Do Is Quilt?" explores uses
for non-quilting items in the quilting process.
"My Quilted Life" is a program designed to increase breast cancer awareness
in the quiltng community. And who would be better to tell this tale than a survivor herself?
Excerpts from all lectures are available on the "Lectures" page.
