Instructions:
Step 1: Click the "Pay Now" button above.
Step 2: Once the Pay Pal site opens enter in your monthly invoice total in the "unit price" box and click the update
button.
Step 3: Now you have two options. You can create a new Pay Pal account for future use, or use your credit
card if you don't have a Pay Pal account. Fill in your information and click "review order and continue."
Step 4: On the next page review your payment amount and your information and click "pay $xx.xx now."
A conformation e-mail will be sent to your address.
Our office will receive conformation of your payment via e-mail with your name and address, and your account will be
