Rates, Reservations, and Payment Options
Below are the rental rates for our condo. Rental price is inclusive
of all taxes and Cleaning Fee. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
High Season (Nov 7, 2009 - Apr 4, 2010)
Per Night - $165
Weekly - $1,100, extra night $150
Low Season (Apr 5, 2010 -
Nov 7, 2010)
Per Night - $150
Weekly - $900, extra night $130
We also offer monthly rates, contact us for more information on long term rental rates and terms. Maximum Occupancy is five (5) guests.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

All reservations require an initial booking
deposit equal to 50% of the rental price due within 4 days of booking. The rental balance plus a $150
refundable security deposit are due 15 days prior to check-in date, except for certain peak days/weeks (e.g., Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Years). For peak dates, the rental balance and security deposit must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. The
security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check-out, subject to satisfactory inspection of unit and
guest mail back the gate opener after their stay.

Cancellations (High Season): Initial booking
deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations
made 30 to 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Initial booking deposits are
not refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days before scheduled arrival date.

deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations
made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

Check in time: 3:00 PM – Check out
time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available.
Payment:
- We accept all major credit cards and electronic checks through PayPal. Payment by money
order or cashier's check is also acceptable.
