Wow!  We set up the site and forgot we had a blog.  It's been almost 2 years since The House Next Door has been available for people to use and create wonderful new memories.  We've had hundreds of people stay, a handful of dogs, families, friends, retreats, clubs, girlfriends, wedding parties.

 

Everyone loves the house!  Why?  1) Location - in the heart of downtown, across the street from the farmer's market, 200 yards from the Coupeville Wharf, and right in the heart of historic waterfront Coupeville.  It's peaceful and quiet.

2) The house is comfortable.  It's not fancy, but it's nice.  It not small, not huge, just right.  It's classic styling inside and out.  It looks historic but is only 12 years old.

3) Simple amenities - wireless internet, nice deck with view and grill, fenced yard with nice plants and lawn (good for croquet), cable tv and dvd player, well equipped kitchen, nice bedding and towels.
