The
lighting in the theater is controlled through the Universal Remote Control MX-850 via the Lutron Spacer lighting control.
There are three programmable lighting circuits, one for the recessed lights around the perimeter, one for the sconces on the
pilasters, and a third for the recessed rope lighting around the top of the pediment that encircles the room. Different lighting
schemes can be programmed into the Spacer master control, and called up using the MX850. The house lighting automatically
dims when the movie begins.

The theater dimensions are approximately 16' x 22'. The
back half of the floor has an 8" rise, and there are two side aisles with steps and recessed lighting on a photo eye to activate
the step lights when the house lights are dimmed. There are six Berkline 090 powered recliners. The theater has a bathroom,
and the added equipment room also doubles as the media storage. There is also a small refridgerator. At the back of the theater
is a full bar with granite top and glass shelves.
I completed the theater on Christmas Eve of 2006 after
more than a year of construction. We presented Pink Floyd's Pulse concert for the premier opening of the theater.

The "hush box" has two PC cooling fans mounted in each
