The Disney Room Guest Relations/Information Center

Located just right outside of the Disney Room, the DR Guest Relations Department offers information and help concerning anything about the Disney Room or any questions you might have.

Outside Parking

The Disney Room has ample parking space at the front and side of George's Store located at Hunter House, which houses the Disney Room and the Disney Room Store.

FIRST AID

The Disney Room First Aid Station is located in a specific location in Hunter House (George's Store). Should you need medical attention in the room please let a Disney Room castmember know and they will get you help immediately and take you to the First Aid Station.

Baby Center
 
 

The Disney Room Baby Center is located right accross the way from the Disney Room. Babies can sleep (take a nap) here and be changed and fed. Plenty of room for all mothers' baby bags. Sponsored by Mimmie's Child Care.

Disney Room's Lost & Found

The Disney Room has a designated area where we store all belongings that are not recognized as that of the Disney Room. We keep things that we identify as lost or think may belong to someone else in a certain location as mentioned above. Lockers/Storage

The Disney Room provides an area where your belongings will be secure and safe that are too bulky and large to bring inside of the Disney Room. Call of write us for more information.

Kennells

The Disney Room has a facility where your pets are welcomed and will be safe while you are enjoying your stay in the Disney Room.

Smoking Areas

The Disney Room is a non-smoking room. Guests who wish to smoke have two areas at which to smoke outside of the Disney Room area. 

Guests with Visual Disabilities

Guests with visual disabilities need not feel left out in the Disney Room with all the wonderful smells, Disney music, Disney sounds, and great food in the "room." We try to cater to all people and this includes the visually impaired. We welcome "Seeing Eye Dogs" into the room and try to offer the best time possible to folks that are visually disabled.

Guests with Hearing Disabilities

Many Guests come to the Disney Room annually with hearing disabilities. We offer special methods to deal with this. For more information just contact us. 

 

Guests with Mobility Disabilities

Many Guests come to the Disney Room with mobility disabilities annually. We offer access for Guests with wheelchairs or mobility disabilities. We try to cater to everyone's needs. We assist in the following ways:

 

  • Special help at the front door.
  • Easy restroom to get in and out of.
  • Easy access into the Disney Room.
