What to expect from your countertop warranty …

Our resurfacing products can transform your kitchen or bathroom countertops at a faction of the cost of the cost of traditional remodeling and without the inconvenience, mess or hassle.

Our resurfacing products are just as durable as laminate. We can give the look and feel of stone or granite for all your surfaces with endless color combinations. And laminate countertops can become damaged or worn and will eventually need to be replaced. That’s because laminate CANNOT be repaired. Resurface Pro countertop material for countertops can be spot repaired!

Countertop resurfacing is a great alternative to replacement. We can restore 75% to 95% of surfaces out there. That adds up to a huge savings of time and money!

3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
Kitchen and bathroom laminate countertops, bathroom faux or cultured marble sink vanities.

This limited warranty is provided by Resurface Pro who performed the work and service. We DO NOT guarantee the following and warranty will be voided if:

1. The Waiting Period Is Not Honored: The newly refinished area needs 24 HOURS to cure. Keep it free from water during this time.
2. You use harsh abrasive cleaners, bleaches or scratch pads.
3. You use products containing bleach, citric acid, etc., that may stain or mar the finish.
4. Damage to the surface is caused by any burns, knife marks, sharp objects, etc., that whether intentional or accidental.
5. There is any movement in the substructure of the surface, which, in turn, causes movement in the refinished surface. Any resulting cracks or splits in the refinished surface or grout lines are not covered under the warranty.
6. There is damage from any activity or use that is not normal or an intended use of the countertop recommend by the original manufacturer.
7. Tile resurfacing can be done but there is no warranty to cover this work. Tile preparartion and finish must be given proper drying time and setup time (approximately 10 to 30 days per manufacturer label). Tile is a fired product and does not always allow for adherence of product primers and/or sealers.

We DO NOT guarantee structural problems determined by technicians, i.e.,
cracking seams, soft bottoms, rust and/or general wear and tear.

Bathtub/Sink Warranty

What to expect from your bathtub warranty … Only a diamond is forever, resurfacing is the closest thing to new! Just as porcelain can be chipped, scratched, or show wear over time, a resurfaced bathtub can be chipped and scratched. Like a new surface, a resurfaced finish will wear out, too. Resurfacing is not quite as hard as the original surface. Still, resurfacing provides years of service at a substantial savings over replacement.

Resurfacing isn’t perfect … but neither is brand new tub. A new porcelain bathtub or sink can have slight flaws and imperfections from the casting process. A brand new bathtub typically comes with a one-year warranty against poor workmanship or manufacturer defects.

Resurface Pro offers a warranty to cover workmanship because we believe in our skilled craftspeople and quality materials. We use proven products and procedures. However, we can’t guarantee that the finish won’t chip or scratch if mistreated, whether intentionally or accidentally.

2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
Bathroom porcelain bathtubs, fiberglass bathtubs, fiberglass enclosures, fiberglass shower pans.

Should our material or workmanship prove faulty during a five year period from the date of resurfacing, we will correct these faults at no additional cost to the user. We will cover flaking, peeling and cracking. This warranty does not cover man-made damage or negligence on the part of the user.

1 Month LIMITED WARRANTY:
Bathroom and Kitchen Porcelain Sinks.

This limited warranty is provided by the local Resurface Pro who performed the work and service. We DO NOT guarantee the following and warranty will be voided if:

1. The Waiting Period Is Not Honored: The newly refinished area needs 24 HOURS to cure. Keep it free from water during this time.
2. Bathmats containing suction cups are used. These produce a reaction with the finish when subjected to hot water. We recommend our permanent non-skid surface material instead of a bathmat.
3. The damage is caused by continuous wetness from leaking or dripping plumbing.
4. You use harsh abrasive cleaners, bleaches or scratch pads.
5. You use products containing bleach, oils, hair dyes, citric acid, etc., any of which may stain or mar the finish.
6. You wash animals in a new refinished bathtub or sink.
7. You store objects directly on the surface, especially metal cans, which may form rust stains.
8. You hang garments that could bleed stains on the bathtub.
9. There is any movement in the substructure of the surface which, in turn, causes movement in the refinished surface. Any resulting cracks or splits in the refinished surface or grout lines are not covered under the warranty.
10. There is damage from any activity or use that is not normal or an intended use of the bathtub or sink as recommend by the original manufacturer.
