Our Mission
The Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars was founded in 1913, one year after the first Veterans of Foreign
Wars Congress. Our role is to assist the VFW but at the same time promoting our own organization to the eligible members and
future members as well as working with the young ladies of our youth program, Jr. Girls.
Not only do we as an orgaization
contribute to local annual scholarships in conjunction with the VFW, we have our seperate scholarships and essay's that are
exclusive to our organization. A few of these are;
