Companion board for the Microchip PIC32 & PIC24 PIM Adapters.  V1.1D now available.

IMG_5973_small.jpg

This is the latest version of or breakout board for the PIC24 and PIC32.  This board provides all the features of the PIC32 Companion and more.  This board uses the PIC24 and PIC32 PIM modules sold by Microchip.
Additional features beyond the PIC32 Companion include a 32.768 kHz crystal for RTCC, an 8MHz Primary crystal, USB interface for the device mode.  Note USB Host and OTG features of the board are still in development.

***Note the board will come equipped with the USB mini-B and USB A connectors, although the USB host are not available at this time.  Due to Microchip's revision of the PIC32 USB PIM board to address compatiblity issues with the Explorer 16 board, we have decided to release (coming soon) a separate USB PIM board which will be compatible with our board -- no rearrangement of pin assignments on this PIM.***

The photos below show the board running various examples of the board in operation.
